I guess this is O.K. if you like cobras.
But that BUS is wonderful, I’d rather have that than all cobras that showed up.
RHD , too, .any back story on that ??
Almost as cool as my 1961 Mercedes O321H panorama bus
~ forgot you now own the O321H. what a jewel!
.i have to say, though, one heck of a lota folks have not seen that many Cobra replicas, not to mention a group of original cars like this. i sent the video link to several of them, the less fortunate.
~ isn’t your Mercedes LHD ?
I owned a O321H before BaT advertised the one in CH .
I did not by that one, but the new owner had it shipped to California, unless he changed his mind.
He claimed plans to be at Pebble Beach with it.
Did anybody spot it there ??
I must admit, I was interested in the transporter too. I know last year there was a Ferrari one auctioned off at Monterey. I will dig up some more information…
Turns out that this Cobra transporter was on the auction block this year too and it went for an eye watering $990k! Just under a million dollars! It was fully restored and has some major history since it was used to carry all the Shelby race cars. Ironically, it is a Fiat…
thanks for the additional info.
I vaguely remember this or another vehicle like that years, if not decades ago.
‘
A Fiat for just under $1 million, wow.
