READER AD: 1969 Chevrolet Chevelle!
What Makes It Special? This Chevelle is fairly original besides the motor and transmission, which were replaced with a 350 V8. It’s not all cut up and modified. Still has the original Malibu bucket seats and console. It’s a front disc brake car and originally came with the 307 V8. It needs work but is a great place to start!
Body Condition: Needs quarters and front fenders. It has rust and scratches, but the rockers and doors are solid. I am including new front fenders, so you could fix it up as you drive it. Paint is scratched and faded.
Mechanical Condition: The 350 V8 runs great, but has starter noise because it needs to be shimmed. The Turbo 350 trans shifts good. The brakes are ok but could use bleeding. Has front disc brakes and a 10-bolt rear end, although I do have a 12-bolt that I would be willing to sell separately.

I like these non-SS Chevelles a bunch as they remind me of what my generation played around with. Cool ride here with that small block power, really what I remember years ago more than the 396/427/454 cars.
Interior works for me more so than bone stock, good color, nice wheels, an it’s not shiny show queen looking.
I liked the 68 taillights better!! This is a nice clean looking car though!! Who cares if it’s numbers matching or not it’s a good driver and it was a good move pulling the 307 for the 350 replacement!!
Great car at $8000, at $15k plus? Not so much.
