Success Story: MGA Headed To Italy!
Back in October we featured an MGA and the sellers (Mike and Sandy K.) just left a comment on the story that we wanted to share with everyone:
Not sure who Jim S. is but we sure do thank you for giving Barn Finds a heads up regarding our car. Your write up was very kind. The loyal Barn Finds fans viewing the eBay listing took “views” into the thousands and I believe it also helped on bidding. This car was purchased by Alessandro in northern Italy and was picked up from our home for shipment there this week. And we also want to say thank you to Barn Finds for featuring our car. It sure was exciting to see it online!

together as a group we helped save a car. it does not get any better then this. i hope the new owner will keep us updated. great fun. thanks.
Glad this sale was a success and that a special last-year A has a new chance at life.
If the new Italy is anything like the old Italy there are plenty of metal artisans who can deal with the body problems of this car. With luck the car will be on the road again, this time in sunny Italy where its new owner can enjoy it with less worry about potential rust.
Awesome story!
I want to meet the person who built that shed around the car. I could use one of those over my Midget!
The car is gone to a new home…and that’s cool !!! Can I swing by and ‘get those bricks out of your way’ ? Happy New Year Everyone
Well that is cool.
Cool story, the car gets a second chance. Hopefully the Italian will take great care: great start of 2016
I really like Alexander wanting to have shed built like that. In some of your cars and trucks you have on here l love to look what is sitting around. There once was a older car sitting in a older barn, and there it was sitting up on a shelf two older cans,, l do not know if they were ever open but even if they were l would like to add these two old oil cans of Harley Davidson. Thanks for showing these older cars and trucks and the old stuff sitting in the back grounds of these pictures you have on here.
