Success Story: Healey Goes To Father-Son Team!
Back in January we featured a 1957 Austin-Healey project that sold almost instantly. Roger was very happy with the experience and we wanted to share his experience with everyone.
Great news. The 1957 Austin Healey has been SOLD! It went to a father and son from North Carolina. They are looking forward to restoring it to it’s former glory. The father is currently working on a 3000 so he knows his way around them far better than I ever would. My friend, the owner, is extremely grateful to Barn Finds and to the father and son who purchased it. Definitely a success story. I hardly had time (14 hours and lots of rain) to take a picture of it once I off loaded it at my house and the new owner loaded it to take home. Therefore, the only “parting shot or leaving picture” I have is the one showing us moving it out of my buddy’s mother’s backyard.
Again, Many Thanks.
Roger
PS: He got the asking price. However, I did give them gas and lunch money before they left.
We are glad we could help Roger! If any of you have a classic that you’d like to get featured here on Barn Finds, please send it in! It costs $50, but with tens of thousands of readers, you’re likely to find a buyer right away.

It’s good to hear that this Healey has found a home, and even better to hear that it’s with a father/son team with Healey experience and knowledge, This car will require a lot of that, plus lots of work. Good luck with the restoration!
