Is This 1993 Ford Bronco Centurion The Best One In Existence?
This 1993 Ford Bronco Centurion, which is one giant of a vehicle, has been in climate-controlled storage for some time. As a result, it is in exceptionally good condition for its age. It is now out of storage and ready to head off to a new home. It is located in Woodbury, New Jersey, and is listed for sale here on eBay. Bidding has now reached $25,100, and the indications are that the reserve has been met. I express some confusion on this because in the text of the listing it also indicates a sale price of $39,900.
It’s pretty hard to go wrong with a color combination like Black and Silver, and that’s what you find here. The presentation of the Centurion is first-rate and shows all of the benefits of careful storage. It is hard to spot any blemishes, marks, or dings in the body. The panels are straight and true, while the exterior trim and chrome are faultless. There’s really not a lot else that can be said, because it really is close to perfect.
The Centurion was all about interior space, and you get that in abundance. With three rows of seating, there’s room for the biggest clan to tackle the great outdoors in comfort and style. The seats are upholstered in grey leather, and once again, they appear to be faultless. The condition of the rest of the interior is equally as impressive and appears to be completely original. One small issue to be aware of is that some of the timber trim which was a feature specific to the Centurion has started to blacken off a bit. This is not a surprise, because that timber trim is a known weak point in the Centurion. From a luxury perspective, in addition to the leather upholstery, you are blessed with air conditioning (with separate controls for the rear passengers), power windows, power locks, and a radio/cassette player.
With dual-range 4-wheel-drive, the Bronco Centurion is a vehicle ready to get off-road, and if there isn’t already a road, track, or trail for you to follow, it has the weight to create its own. The driving force for this is a 460ci V8, delivering 230hp. However, torque was this engine’s greatest strength, and with 390ft/lbs of it, this is a vehicle that could grunt its way just about anywhere. The engine is backed by an automatic transmission, while it only seems right that power steering and power brakes were also part of the package. With 46,725 genuine miles on the odometer, the Centurion would be barely broken in and should have many decades of life left in it. The owner states that it runs, drives, and handles really well. I might be wrong, but it also looks like the Centurion is wearing relatively new tires.
The owner of this 1993 Bronco Centurion is under the impression that it is the best of the best, and he might not be far off the mark with that assessment. We’ve seen a few Centurions here at Barn Finds, and I must say that this one would definitely rank up there with the best of them. It isn’t going to be a cheap vehicle to run, but for special outings, car shows, or a Cars & Coffee, it would be a real attention grabber. With a tow hitch on the back, it would also be a great tow vehicle for just about any purpose. And compared to previous examples that we’ve seen, the price on this one looks to be really competitive.

Certainly a nice one – I have no idea if it’s the nicest of the nice or not. I generally prefer the 1/2 ton models myself.
I wonder if the 1 ton version has the same wrinkling problem as it’s lighter duty siblings?
This is one of the nicest I’ve seen on this site. Over the years there were a few wandered out into the Chinook Belt, to live a life of semi-leisure on some of the larger farms. Two of them were mostly showpieces; the only time I saw them was when the owners brought them home. I was in SD a couple of weeks ago at the SD State Fair and came across an outfit that makes crew cab trucks into 6-door trucks. They had a couple on display at the fair and they were very well done. Cost plenty but in this day and age, what doesn’t?
Great looking Centurion! Hard to find a nicer one.
That is one fine looking truck. I wouldn’t even change out the radio, I still have all of my cassette tapes from back in day.😎
This era of F-series and Broncos was one of the nicest truck body styles Ford ever rolled out IMHO. For an aftermarket vehicle this is finished and trimmed out extremely well, and maintains the original body lines beautifully.
Very cool truck. But those wheels and tires have to go.
Very nice, but I wondering if anyone else noticed that the glove compartment has a large chip in the upper right ? This is one sweet Bronco !
I was gonna mention that. Glove box door, is broken…that should cut the price in half…at least. Good looking ride
ive never seen one before nice truck Oj should get one
So odd after only 47, 000 miles the driver’s seat is ripped like that. Still a VERY nice vehicle and worth the 30K it appears it will go for.
Yo the whole crew could fit in this beast, 9 seats
